Shipping Procedure

FREE SHIPPING on orders  within the US Continuous 48 states only. Total weight of shipment must weigh less than 5 lbs. to receive Free Shipping.

Please note that Bodybuilding.xxx does not allow shipping to PO Boxes. We may reject, or in some cases cancel orders, if it is being shipped to a PO Box.

Orders are processed and packed within 1 or 2 business days of receipt of the order. Most orders should arrive within 5-10 business days from the time the order was placed.

Extreme Weather

There may times when the weather may delay a product from being shipped. In freezing temperatures at 10 degrees or below we prefer to not ship liquids 4oz or larger. Silver is not shipped when the temperature is at freezing. In the summer months we do not ship items that are prone to melting in extreme hot temperatures. This is also true for all items that any manufacturer specifies as part of their GMPs. When confirming your order you have 2 options if there is an extreme temperature issue with a particular product. Bodybuilding.xxx can hold the entire order or just the determined products until the weather becomes less extreme. Or you do have the choice to take responsibility for the entire contents of the order and over-ride our recommendation not to ship products. This over-ride authorization must be verified with each order. By taking responsibility you accept all risk associated with “damaged-in-shipping” products including those that are not freezable or melt-able.

Out of Stocks

If for some reason you have ordered an item that is out of stock, you will be notified of the out of stock item.

You may choose to receive a refund if you wish by contacting customer service. Or wait to receive your out of stock item. Most out-of-stocks are honored within 30 days. Please call customer service for status.

All products ordered on sale and not in inventory at the time of order will be reserved for you at the sale price (only if manufacturer honors the discount to BODYBUILDING.XXX). Out-of-stocks over 30 days old will be automatically deleted. No Discounts will be held longer than 30 days.

Returns/Refunds

Our goal is that every package will arrive to you in perfect condition. In the event we make an error with your order, or any product is damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will seek to satisfy your concerns.

All returns require prior authorization from BODYBUILDING.XXX. Only those products authorized for return will be considered for credit. Any return authorization received is not an automatic guarantee of credit. Any products not eligible for credit will be destroyed by BODYBUILDING.XXX. The following information must be provided to obtain this authorization:

1. Date of Purchase
2. Invoice Number
3. UPC Code If Applicable
4. Product Description
5. Product Expire Date If Applicable
6. Product Lot Code
7. Exact reason for return
8. Must arrive in resalable condition

BODYBUILDING.XXX does not accept returns for reasons of:

1. Store Inventory Overstocked or Store Closing
2. Special Ordered Items
3. Drop Shipments
4. Ship-In and Ship-Out orders
5. Exceptionally large orders (Maximum of 12 units per SKU are eligible for return)
6. Fad items that sell well and then sales taper off
7. Seasonal Items
8. Items bought from BODYBUILDING.XXX as part of an over-stock sale or closeout sale
9. Discontinued Items

Restocking fee is 25%.

Customer is responsible for returning merchandise in resalable condition. Full credit cannot be given for merchandise that has been defaced, marked, stamped or priced in any way. All price tags and glue residue must be removed prior to return. An additional restocking fee of 25% will be assessed if we remove any price tags or glue residue. Any items that are sold as a boxed unit must be returned as a full unit in resalable condition; no split boxes of drinks, packets, displays, items sold in case quantities only, etc will be accepted. If a partial unit is received by BODYBUILDING.XXX no credit will be given. No returns on nutritional bars. All items must be properly boxed to arrive safely at BODYBUILDING.XXX, Attn: Claims.
You must include: Our company as the first line item; BODYBUILDING.XXX; then your name, phone number, list of items being returned for credit and reference your Return Authorization #. Credit card returns will incur an additional 2.5% fee.

Timing and Reporting

1. All claims must be initiated by email to [email protected] within 15 days from the delivered date. BODYBUILDING.XXX’S Customer number, item/upc number and invoice numbers are required for all claims.
2. We will notify you if any credit for partial or full outbound shipping costs will be included with Customer’s claim refund depending on the type of claim and number of items claimed vs number of items ordered. For example, if one item out of ten is received damaged there is no partial shipping reimbursement. If one item is received damaged in a one item order, there is full outbound shipping reimbursement.

Types of Claims

1. 1. 1. Shortage – Claims for products billed but not received are subject to review and verification by BODYBUILDING.XXX Inventory Control department.
      2. Mis-Picks – Claims for wrong product shipped are to subject to review by BODYBUILDING.XXX Inventory Control department. The UPC number from the item received is required. BODYBUILDING.XXX will notify Customer if a UPS call tag will be issued for the wrong item(s) received for return shipment at BODYBUILDING.XXX’S expense.
      3. Buyer’s Remorse – Returns due to buyer’s remorse (where customer changes his/her mind) are to be issued an Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) approval number and instructions upon receipt of request to BODYBUILDING.XXXD. Instructions on how to return will be sent with the RMA number. Consumer is responsible for cost to ship items back to BODYBUILDING.XXX and Customer is subject to a 15% restocking fee. RMA numbers expire if the return is not received at the designated warehouse within 15 days of issuance. Where an RMA has expired, no credit will be issued to Customer. Any return Product that arrives to BODYBUILDING.XXX used, opened or in poor condition will not be entitled to a refund. All buyer’s remorse returns must be received by BODYBUILDING.XXX undamaged, in the original packaging and able to be re-sold.

Undelivered Packages

BODYBUILDING.XXX will issue a refund for lost in transit shipments that are not delivered to the final destination.

BODYBUILDING.XXX will not issue a refund for packages where a delivery confirmation has been received from the shipping carrier.

BODYBUILDING.XXX does not utilize Signature Delivery service option. A package may be declared lost in transit if tracking shows no movement after 5 business days.

1. Expired Inventory – All claims for expired inventory must be accompanied with the Expiration Date. BODYBUILDING.XXX will not issue a refund for expired merchandise if the order was shipped within 30 or more days from the “best by” date.
2. Damaged Claims – All damage claims must be accompanied by digital photograph and details describing the damage.
3. Manufacturer Defects – BODYBUILDING.XXX will issue a refund for a defect claim such as a missing safety seal or no label. Quality complaints due to taste, touch or smell should be reported to the manufacturer for a warranty claim.
4. Product Image Not Matching Product – BODYBUILDING.XXX is not responsible for new product labeling where the image in the product feed or ordering portal is not the exact version the consumer receives. If the UPC number is kept the same then no significant changes to the product have been made and no claim will be honored.
5. Melt – BODYBUILDING.XXX is not responsible for products that may melt in transit such as, but not limited to, chocolate bars or gummy vitamins. Bodybuilding.xxx does not ship with ice packs or any special packaging to cool the products in transit. Customer is advised to not buy any items that are prone to melting in transit in the summer months.
